Power Grrrl is...
...a cool teen super-hero who lives in 21st century America, battling evil supervillains and bad hair days. Since the world she lives in is ultra-super cool, she uses all sorts of technological gizmos to defeat her enemies, and has some cool friends too. Her biggest enemy is the evil Madam Maple, who uses a nasty syrup gun to mess up Power Grrrl's hair.
... a parody of all those cheesy 80s and 90s cartoons featuring scantily clad girl superteens battling evil, of pink toys and nail polish and everything evil about a marketing machine that tries to tell girls how to act.
